Jag Chohan joined 米兰体育 as Head of HR in September 2021, and moved into her present role as Associate HR Director in July 2023. She is also Diversity and Inclusion Lead within both 米兰体育 and Bupa.

Prior to joining the hospital, Jag held a variety of HR roles within both the private and public healthcare sectors. She also holds experience in housing, retail, and FCA-regulated industries.

As part of her role, Jag oversees the hospital's people strategy and plans, including employee engagement, learning, diversity and inclusion, and organisational development.?
