About Dr Bismeen Jadoon

With over 20 years of experience in women's health, Dr Jadoon's expertise is nothing short of exceptional. Holding a prestigious Certification of Completion of Training (CCT) in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Oxford Deanery and an MSc in Healthcare Management, she brings a unique blend of clinical excellence and visionary leadership.

Dr Jadoon works at St Peter & Ashford Hospital (ASPH) as a full-time consultant. She runs complex menopausal clinics, Dr Jadoon is the go-to expert for women navigating the complexities of menopause. As a certified specialist with the British Menopause Society (BMS), she is equipped to offer personalised care, including non-HRT treatments when appropriate.

But her influence doesn’t stop at the clinic – she is on a mission to create menopausal-friendly spaces in the workplace. From organising NHS staff awareness sessions to teaming up with Surrey and Heartland Integrated Wellbeing for “Menopausal Cafes,” she is transforming the conversation around menopause.

When it comes to benign gynaecological conditions like fibroids, ovarian cysts, heavy periods, PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis and PMDD, Dr Jadoon is the expert you want by your side. As a surgeon, she performs both open and key-hole procedures including total laparoscopic hysterectomies – all with the goal of ensuring women experience the least disruption to their lives while receiving the best possible care.

She also offers pelvic ultrasound and outpatient diagnostic procedures, including hysteroscopy endometrial biopsy and MyoSure treatment for the removal of endometrial polyps.

Dr Jadoon doesn’t just lead in the operating room – she’s a force for change in healthcare organisations. Dr Jadoon's work spans the globe from NHS research to collaborating with the World Health Organisation on quality improvement projects. Her research was around implementation of the 10 Group Robson Classification to optimise C-section rate, cementing her status as a thought leader in women's health.

At Ashford and St Peters Hospital, she leads the Quality & Safety Huddle (QUASH) and postnatal care initiatives, and she’s at the helm of a major postnatal transformation project. Her leadership vision extends beyond clinical care, shaping an environment where quality, safety, and compassion are at the heart of everything.

Dr Jadoon is a true innovator in women’s health, combining clinical expertise, leadership, and a passion for empowering women to take control of their health. Whether it’s in the clinic, the operating room, or the boardroom, she is always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in women’s healthcare.
